I reached out to several contractors and Maciel's team is very professional, detail-oriented, communicated very effectively, has a short scheduling time, and they offer very fair price but great value.

I only requested a quote from them and didn’t proceed with the work. They seemed quite busy and suggested some unnecessary items, which felt a bit dishonest. If you're considering them, I recommend getting quotes from other companies as well
